With the Beijing Olympics looming very close, Amnesty International is seeking to open the discussion on the human rights legacy of these games.
In order to promote discussion they have activated a website to stimulate open and balanced debate on human rights in China, especially surrounding these games.
The website will focus on four key issues, providing evidence and allowing you to decide for yourself what you think about the situation:
- repression of activists
- detention without trial
- censorship
- the death penalty
On the site you can post your comments, video and soundbites.
