I imagine it must be tough work at times, but ultimately rewarding. Is there a similar group aiming to help the guys that pay for prostitutes on a regular basis. These men sustain the industry and surely they need help too. I wonder about their self esteem when this is what they resort to for a sexual 'relationship.' Or do people consider it normal behaviour that doesnt damage the customer? Is it an addiction for these guys and if so, why isnt it treated that way?
